It mainly deals in Northeast food originates from Heilongjiang River drainage area. Some of the dishes are even rarely seen in its very born place now. Vegetables are aired in summer and then deposited in autumn. In winter, it is braised together with chicken, duck or pork. The vegetables absorb the elite from the broth, which taste special and are full of nutrition.
To give prominence to the farmhouse features, all the cooking materials are green farm chickens, ducks, geese and rabbits without any effects of pollution. Even the paste and jowar are purchased from the native northeastern farmers.
